    Hi all,
    I started using this program at the beginning of the year and we did not get far into using it as I was not comfortable with the set up and ease of use and lack of general support. I had already previously enrolled my kids and had received log on credentials. we stopped using the program. recently one of my kids wanted to go back to using this program. I purchased the month just to be sure this is what my child wanted, and I am locked out of all classes still even though it is showing I have paid. Has anyone had experience with this and is able help me troubleshoot my issue so I'm not waiting days for someone to finally contact me back.
