Hello, am considering Homeschool Pro for my children. I was browsing the course catalog and noticed that certain subjects, for example fractions, algebra, calculus, and certain physics topics, are introduced a couple of years earlier then what I remember learning in public school myself when I was a boy.

Is it normal nowadays to introduce concepts earlier than how I remember it being taught in public school?
