My son is 7th grade (middle school) I noticed he also has access to 8th grade classes was wondering if it’s ok for him to take some 8th grade classes ( in math and science he is strong and those topics) or is it better for him to just stick with 7th grade classes?

Sure, why not, if he wants to. With homeschool pro, the student gets access to those classes so they can try more challenging my daughter loves to try 10th grade classes sometimes (she is 9th grade) and she has learned so much new stuff doing so!
